Deposits and Fees:
Application Fee: $35/person
Refundable Security Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent.

Pet Fee: $400 one time non-refundable fee or $800 for two pets.

Utilities: Resident is responsible for setting up an account with Duke Energy. Water and sewer charges are included in the rent.
